Question
Do I have to follow the instructions exactly when practicing? I’m afraid I won’t be able to keep up with the training in the long run. Or is it enough if I only use FaceFormer at night to fix my problems?
Answer
Follow the exercise instructions carefully! Bear in mind that any successful therapy requires your help. Faulty postures and movements can only be changed through exercises in such a way that a good and stable success remains.
The therapy is very successful and first successes are already achieved after a short time if you carry out the exercises consistently.
If you have any questions, please send an e-mail to help@drberndsen.de We are very interested in a positive course of the therapy and would therefore be happy to advise you. We would be very pleased if you would tell us briefly about your experiences.
