I cannot play the FaceFormer® DVD on my PC
Question
I would like to play the FaceFormer exercise program on my PC. But the DVD does not run on my PC. What can I do?
Answer
Since Windows 10, it is unfortunately no longer possible to play DVDs with the Windows media player that belongs to the operating system. In order to display DVDs, an additional player program must therefore be installed on your PC. A large number of programs from third-party manufacturers can be used for this.
Unfortunately not every program is suitable. The popular VLC player unfortunately causes problems, because for unknown reasons it causes program aborts when selecting in the DVD menu.
Our recommendation
To view the FaceFormer exercise program on DVD on a Windows PC, we recommend:
Media Player Classic – Home Cinema (MPC-HC)
The free “Media Player Classic – Home Cinema” plays all common audio and video files. Playing music CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs is also possible. The playback program for media of all kinds can be obtained as a download from numerous providers or directly from the manufacturer.
Media Player Classic – Home Cinema has been translated into numerous languages and is universally accessible in the English language.
The program runs on almost all Windows operating system versions: XP SP3, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 each in 32 bit (x86) and 64 bit (x64).
