Anbei Screenshots der Trainings-App (drei Trainingseinheiten pro Tag). An drei Tagen waren es weniger als drei Einheiten. Aber davon habe ich mich nicht abbringen lassen und ich habe natürlich weitertrainiert. Es fällt mir auch tatsächlich mittlerweile viel leichter und daher sind drei Einheiten pro Tag keine Hürde mehr. Gleichzeitig setze ich mich auch nicht unter Druck und eine Möglichkeit zum Training findet sich ja immer irgendwie.

Meine Ergebnisse bisher:
Ich schlucke insgesamt bewusster und mit einem angenehmeren Gefühl. Am Anfang habe ich meine Zunge beim Schlucken als zu weit hinten empfunden bzw. das Gefühl gehabt, ich würde sie mit herunterschkucken, was ich als Empfindung durch die falsche Funktion davor verstehe. Mittlerweile fühlt es sich ganz natürlich an, über die ganze Zunge in Ruhe von vorne nach hinten am Gaumen zu schlucken. Manchmal habe ich beim Training auch eine Schluckblockade und kann dann erstmal das Schlucken nicht zu Ende führen und muss den Schluck dann meistens neu beginnen.
Das Zähne-Aufeinanderbeißen (auch tagsüber) ist nach und nach besser geworden und mittlerweile ganz verschwunden. Das Training hat mich auch insgesamt für das starke Zusammenbeißen der Zähne sensibilisiert, so dass ich es bemerke und bewusst löse.
Dass der Unterkiefer seine normale Position lose und entspannt unter dem Oberkiefer hat, ohne dauerhaft aufzubeißen, war mir völlig neu. Es ist aber viel bequemer so und ich achte darauf, die normale Position zu halten und nicht dauerhaft aufzubeißen.
Gleichzeitig habe ich auch bemerkt, dass meine Zunge oft noch lose und schlaff zwischen den Zähnen liegt. Ich habe es so verstanden, dass die Zunge irgendwann die richtige Spannung aufbaut und dauerhaft hinter den Zähnen bleibt.
Meine relativ stark unsymmetrischen Lippenbewegungen beim Sprechen sind auch schon viel gleichmäßiger geworden.
Meine Wangenknochen sind mehr zum Vorschein gekommen.
Die Bereiche unter den Mundwinkeln sehen schon viel lebendiger aus. Ich bin zuversichtlich, dass es auch noch eine Straffung der unteren Wangen geben wird, so dass der Übergang von Kinn zu Wangen auch optisch harmonischer wird. Hier hat sich aber auch schon etwas getan.
Den FaceFormer Zero trage ich auch jede Nacht. Es ist einfach sehr angenehm und er ist jeden Morgen noch im Mund.
Ich freue mich aufs weitere Training und bin gespannt auf die weiteren Besserungen.
Daher an dieser Stelle noch einmal sehr herzlichen Dank für diese wundervolle Trainingstherapie und das tolle Produkt. Überzeugt war ich ja von Anfang an. Nur bei der Umsetzung hatte ich diese Blockade und da hat mir das gemeinsame Gespräch wirklich sehr geholfen, weil ich mich dann damit nicht mehr allein gefühlt habe und durch Ihre Erklärungen dann auch sehr motiviert wurde. Dass es nicht von heute auf morgen geht, wusste ich ja, aber das Gespräch hat mir dann Vertrauen in den Prozess und Zuversicht gegeben, was ja so gesehen kein Problem mit dem FaceFormer war, sondern ein emotionales. Danke, dass Sie sich die Zeit nehmen, mit den Trainierenden Anliegen persönlich besprechen. Das hat sehr geholfen.
