FaceFormer gegen Schnarchen mit erfreulicher Nebenwirkung
Hauptsächlich benutze ich den FaceFormer gegen das Schnarchen.
Ich habe im Vorfeld schon viele Sachen ausprobiert: Zahnspangen, Nasenstrips, Antischnarchsalbe etc. Dies sollte der letzte Versuch vor dem Kauf einer maßgefertigten Zahnspange für mehrere hundert Euro sein. Deshalb waren meine Frau und ich zunächst sehr skeptisch.
Aber gleich nach dem ersten Tag der Benutzung wurde es im Schlafzimmer wesentlich ruhiger. Nach monatelanger Benutzung schnarche ich zwar immer noch manchmal, aber erheblich leiser und meine Frau muss nachts nicht mehr umziehen. Als erfreuliche Nebenwirkung wurde mein Tinitus wesentlich leiser und die Kiefergelenke schmerzen überhaupt nicht mehr.
Ich kann das Teil nur empfehlen!
