Exercise Routine
Position the FaceFormer as described under Basics – Starting position.
Assume the relaxed basic position.
- Press the lip wedge together firmly with your lips for 6 seconds.
Meanwhile pull the lip wedge forward with your thumb and index finger.
- Hold the lip tension.
Bite down once with the molars and swallow once at the same time.
Meanwhile maintain the proper position of the tip of the tongue.
- Relaxation phase: Release lip pressure for 6 seconds.
Lips enclose lip wedge without pressure. Teeth do not touch.
Maintain the position of the tip of the tongue.
Repetitions
Repeat the exercise as indicated.

Negative pressure training: The membrane of the FaceFormer sucks itself against the rows of teeth during training.
The right and left hand alternate during the pulling exercise.
