Exercise routine
Place the FaceFormer as described under Fundamentals – Starting position.
Take the relaxed basic posture.
- Press the lips around the lip wedge firmly together for 6 seconds.
Press lips together
- Hold the lip tension.
Bite down once with the molars and swallow once at the same time.
Always maintain the proper position of the tip of the tongue.

- Relaxation phase: Release lip pressure. Lips enclose lip wedge without pressure. Teeth do not touch.
Hold the position of the tip of the tongue.
Relax lips
Repetitions
Repeat the exercise as indicated.
